To read actively it means to visualize,connect,react,ask questions,conclude what will happen or to just go into your book and be in it and stay on that story. Reading maens to understand/comprehen what your reading. I think to become a better reader you need to first pick topics that you like to hear about then #2 you can take out a little time everyday to read at least 3to4 champters so that you can understand the whole point of reading.

It means that you like to read a lot and you lots of stuff like any thing.It will help me read better and it heips a lot because i used it in 5 grade and it help alittle.Try to read at least 30 mins each night.

reading atively means to be in the book to feel like like you are onme of the charecters in the book.it will help you become a better reader by helping you understand the book and the texts that your reading it may or may not be one of the stradoges that you use i use the five finger rule but i'm still an ative reader.things that can help me be an ative listener is to use a goood stradage some thing like the five finger ruler or ask a friend if they know any good books that are your reading lexile.or if your reading class has a chart for books tyhat other students like you should also see if your libraean hass any book that you mit like to read andyou may just read one out of curiosity.but don't try to read books yhat are to big or to small not under your lexile or over that means tyhat if your lexile is in the 800 dont read a book that is in the 1000 or if your lexlie is in the 500dont read one that is in the 399 and belowso take my advice and become an ative reader and lisener.READ SMART!

i think reading actily would help me because it might get me to ask questions and understant the book more often. i can write down my questions i have for the book and try to find the answer in the book as well.
